Vincent "Vince" Clarke (s. 3. heinäkuuta 1960, South Woodford, Englanti) on brittiläinen popmuusikko, lauluntekijä, kosketinsoittaja, kitaristi ja tuottaja.

Pitkän uransa aikana Clarke on julkaissut musiikkia usean eri yhtyeen kautta, tunnetuimpina Depeche Mode, Yazoo (Yhdysvalloissa nimellä Yaz) ja Erasure. Clarkea pidetään yhtenä 80-luvun alun tärkeimmistä popmusiikin uudistajista. Hänen alkuaikojen tuotannollaan on ollut valtaisia vaikutus modernin elektronisen tanssimusiikin syntyyn ja kehitykseen. Clarke tunnetaan erityisesti virtuoosimaisesta analogisyntetisaattoreiden käytöstä. Hän elää nykyään puolisonsa kanssa New Yorkissa, Yhdysvalloissa.

Ensimmäisen yhtyeensä, No Romance in China, Clarke perusti Basildonissa, Englannissa, vuonna 1976 koulutoverinsa Andrew Fletcherin kanssa. Yhtye jäi lyhytikäiseksi. Vuonna 1979 vuorossa oli kitaristi-kosketinsoittaja Martin Goren kanssa perustettu French Look. Andy Fletcher palasi mukaan vuonna 1980 ja yhtye sai uuden nimen Composition of Sound, jossa Clarke toimi laulajana, kunnes David Gahan liittyi mukaan ja yhtyeen nimeksi vaihtui Depeche Mode.

Uuden kokoonpanon myötä Clarke hylkäsi perinteiset, akustiset instrumentit ja keskittyi kokonaan syntetisaattoreihin, esikuvinaan uuden aallon yhtyeet kuten Human League, Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark (OMD) sekä Tubeway Army.

Depeche Mode kiinnitettiin pian Daniel Millerin perustamalle Mute Records -yhtiölle ja Clarke kirjoitti kahta lukuun ottamatta kaikki debyyttialbumi Speak & Spellin (1981) kappaleet. Menestyksen mukanaan tuomat muutokset eivät kuitenkaan miellyttäneet Clarkea, ja hän päätti jättää Depeche Moden pian Speak & Spell -albumin julkaisun jälkeen. Hedelmällinen suhde Mute Recordsiin on kuitenkin säilynyt tähän päivään saakka.

Vuonna 1982 Clarke perusti Yazoon yhdessä laulaja Alison Moyet'n kanssa. Yhtyeen debyyttialbumi Upstairs at Eric's (1982) oli valtaisa menestys, mutta Moyet'n innostus alkoi pian hiipua ja vuonna 1983 julkaistu You and Me Both jäi Yazoon viimeiseksi julkaisuksi.

Yazoota seurasi kaksi yhden singlejulkaisun projektia: The Assembly yhdessä tuottaja Eric Radcliffen ja laulaja Feargal Sharkeyn kanssa (single Never Never), sekä Vince Clarke & Paul Quinn yhdessä laulaja Paul Quinnin kanssa (single One Day).

Vuonna 1985 Clarke aloitti yhteistyön laulaja Andy Bellin kanssa. Näin syntyi Erasure, joka toimii edelleen aktiivisesti ja on vuoteen 2005 mennessä julkaissut yhteensä 14 albumia.

Clarke levyttää myös nimillä Family Fantastic, RadioActivators ja The Clarke & Ware Experiment, ja on mukana kolmiulotteisten äänimaisemien luomiseen erikoistuneen yhtiön, Illustrious Companyn, toiminnassa.
