WRLT ("Radio Lightning") is an adult alternative-format FM radio station broadcasting in the Nashville, Tennessee market on a frequency of 100.1 mHz.

Previously failing in modern country and rock formats, the alternative format was adopted in the mid-1980s under the leadership of Robert Horton. Since then there has been considerable turnover in on-air personnel, and the format has been "tweaked" on numerous occasions. The station is licensed to Franklin, Tennessee, some 20 miles south of Nashville, and is limited to 3,000 watts of power, which tends to limit its listenership somewhat. The station has, at times, demonstrated a considerable dedication to live programming, unusual for commercial stations in recent years.

WRLT's playlist is an eclectic mix of legendary artists, up and coming singer/songwriters, and bands: everything from Van Morrison and Led Zeppelin to Jars of Clay and Robert Randolph and the Family Band. Programming highlights include the Lightning Request lunch hour, weekdays from noon to 1 PM; the Local Lightning Spotlight each weekday at 2:40 and 8:40 (featuring unsigned bands that call Nashville home); Retro Lightning Saturday mornings 8 to noon; Nashville Sunday Night which is broadcast live each Sunday beginning at 8 PM from 3rd and Lindsley; and the Indie Underground Hour Thursday nights at 7 PM hosted by Doyle from Grimey's New and Pre-loved Music. Air staff includes Mary Brace Mornings, Jayson Chalfant Mid-Mornings, Lt. Dan Buckley Lunch Hour, Angie Glover Spin Cycle afternoons, David Hall Afternoon Drive, Laurel Creech nights, Justin Hammel weekends, and Fred Buc Retro Lightning.
