- Keep in mind that the Albanian language has evolved tremendously just as other languages have in the past centuries. Now imagine how differently they must have sounded thousands of years ago. Ask the greeks today if they can understand ancient greek without problems.
- Anyways here it is, the text makes more sense if compared to the gheg dialect. For example "ste" and "sta" have almost completely been replaced with "nuk". And we ghegs have this word "veht" or "vet" or "ves" instead of "pyet" sometimes.
- I believe "vas" in the messapic text is "ves".
- "Klohi" and "Oria" "and Iba" I believe are some sort of names. "Ndara" must be some happening.
