Philly Falzone, played by Al Sapienza, is a fictional character from Fox television series Prison Break.
Philly Falzone is part of the same mob family as John Abruzzi, but has not yet been imprisoned for his crimes. Abruzzi took the blame for the crimes and is imprisoned and will soon be joined by Falzone unless they can stop Otto Fibonacci from testifying. Fibonacci is an informant who witnessed Falzone and Abruzzi committing murder and was put into witness protection.

Falzone soon learns that Abruzzi has come into contact with Michael who reveals that he knows Fibonacci's location. Falzone pushes Abruzzi to extract this information from him, leading to Michael having his two smallest toes on his left foot cut off. When this method has failed, Falzone instructs Abruzzi to find another way to get it, threatening Abruzzi's children in the process.
Falzone later returns to meet with Gus Fiorello, another mob associate, after Abruzzi's failure to secure the location of Fibonacci. In episode "Tweener", Falzone informs Fiorello that he is now "the man" on the inside and there has been a restructuring. This sees Abruzzi removed as head of PI and losing all his influence inside the prison with Captain Bellick.
Michael then collaborates with Abruzzi to trick Falzone into giving Abruzzi his privileges back. Michael agrees to give up the location of Fibonacci and arranges a meeting at the prison with Falzone. During this meeting he stalls and Abruzzi threatens Veronica (all part of the plan). Michael then give Falzone an address in Ontario, Canada and he is once again happy with Abruzzi and restores his influence inside the prison. Falzone and some of his associates travel to Canada ready to kill Fibonacci, but it was a sting operation and the Canadian Police were there and arrested Falzone, charging him with parole violation, international gun charges and presumably the past murders which he is yet to stand trial for. Abruzzi predicted Falzone would be receiving a very long sentence. The last we have seen of Falzone was him being arrested.
Ironically, Abruzzi himself, after escaping Fox River, would later fall for essentially the same ruse when FBI Agent Alexander Mahone planted information about Fibonacci's supposed whereabouts, successfully luring Abruzzi into a trap.
