This image represents an official symbol of the Romanian state, public authorities or organizations, such as: a coat of arms, a seal, a flag, an emblem, a crest, a badge, a medal or other insignia. Under Romanian Law 8 of 1996, chapter III, article 9, paragraph (c), such symbols cannot benefit from copyright and are therefore in the public domain.
