This is a list of characters who appear in the Rumble Roses female wrestling games for the Playstation 2 and Xbox 360. The cast of characters varies slightly between titles, i.e., between Rumble Roses and Rumble Roses XX.

[edit] Reiko Hinomoto
Reiko, the games 'official main character' to Japanese audiences, is the third in a family of women wrestlers from Japan. Reiko seeks to become the world's greatest wrestler, but has also entered Rumble Roses to see if she can find her sister, who disappeared after entering a previous tournament. Reiko’s mother, the infamous 'Kamikaze Rose', and her sister Fujiko have met tragic fates in the States, both at the hands of the twisted Anesthesia. Her mother was murdered and used to build Lady X, while Fujiko was twisted into Evil Rose, which Reiko discovers. Reiko defeats Lady X, Anesthesia's weapon made from women wrestlers, but she is denied a reunion with her sister, finding only her mask left at the end of her story.
[edit] Dixie Clemets
Dixie, the game's unofficial mascot, is a busty blonde pro-wrestler from Texas, widely known as 'The Three Count Cowgirl. Though she (probably) enters many tournaments, she has specifically entered Rumble Roses because she knows Reiko Hinomoto is going to as well. Dixie idolizes Reiko's mother Kamikaze Rose, who inspired her to become a wrestler. Dixie is first surprised to find her old acquaintance Aisha has also entered the tournament. Aisha challenges her frequently throughout the entire tournament, plus Anesthesia has decided that Dixie is the perfect 'donor body' for Lady X. Dixie is nearly killed at her story's climax by Lady X, but is saved by Aisha, but the two do not bury the hatchet however, and end up fighting on the floor.
[edit] Candy Cane (Rebecca Welsh)
Candy is a defensive, brash teenager who was born homeless in Canada, who fronts an all-girl band called the Killer Bambies (a play on Japanese act The Killer Barbies who provide her theme tune), she was taken in at an unspecified, though presumably young, age by a kindly nun, and raised in an orphanage, which is about to close. Candy, not a wrestler, has entered to win the prize money to save that orphanage, which she does. Candy's story is an 'emotional journey' and she gradually decides to become a pro-wrestler, displeasing her teacher Miss Spencer, who had been trying to dissuade her and get her to return to school throughout the tournament.

Miss Spencer is a prim and proper Canadian history school teacher who has come to find her wayward student Rebecca Welsh, or Candy Cane, (Spencer never refers to her as this stage name) whom she seems to have an unhealthy obsession with. Spencer used to captain a wrestling team in college and uses this former knowledge to help her get through the tournament. At her story's finale, Anesthesia holds Candy Cane hostage while Spencer fights Lady X, whom she defeats. Candy Cane breaks free and helps her teacher up, and the two walk off together.

[edit] Anesthesia
Anesthesia is a psychotic wishing to plunge the earth into fear and suffering, her method for this is using a human weapon [Lady X] to tilt the balance of military power. She runs the Rumble Roses wrestling tournament to find 'donors' for this purpose, apparently women wrestlers are the best candidates. As well as killing dozens, including Reiko's Mother Kamikaze Rose, and mind-controlling at least 3 via rose tattoos, she has also twisted Fujiko Hinomoto into Evil Rose, but Anesthesia's plans are thwarted in the end, Bloody Shadow reprograms Lady X to attack it's creator and she is forced to destroy it, and, while escaping, she is confronted by 'the voice of justice' promising her a confrontation with 'it'.
Note: Though it is not confirmed that Anesthesia is, or was, an actual nurse, she seems to be some sort of genetic engineer.
[edit] Evil Rose (Fujiko Hinomoto)
Evil Rose is the elder daughter of the infamous female wrestler Kamikaze Rose, who had been twisted via some kind of implants to her brain, into becoming a killer for Anesthesia. These implants compel her to kill using negative reinforcement [she is shocked if she does not comply]. It has made her tormented. Evil Rose has no recollection of her time as Fujiko Hinomoto, and right until the very end of the tournament and her story, she still insists that Fujiko is dead by her own hands. Evil Rose's memory is jogged, however, by meeting her younger sister Reiko, who has come to find her, and eventually she remembers her identity but does not return to Japan with her sister.

Aisha is a hip hop and R&B performer who has achieved worldwide fame and a large personal fortune, but she is obsessed with defeating Dixie Clements. Aisha has even cancelled her current tour just for the purpose of defeating her life long rival, which was born out of jealously from their time together at high school. Aisha was born in Atlanta, Georgia but her family moved to San Antonio, Texas because of a job her father had. Though the two work together against Lady X, and Aisha even saves Dixie, the two do not resolve their differences, and end up fighting at her story's close.
Note: She likes to wear a rinestone bra when she fights in the ring and wears a silver bikini when she mud wrestles
[edit] Bloody Shadow/Benikage
Bloody Shadow is a ninja, working for an 'unknown Japanese Ministry', sent to investigate the organization behind the Rumble Roses wrestling tournament, according to her, the price for failure is death. After uncovering Anesthesia's mind controlling, and the truth about Lady X, Bloody Shadow discovers that she has been betrayed by her boss and has been 'sold' to Anesthesia. Eventually victorious, Bloody Shadow refuses to join both Dr. Cutter [Anesthesia] and Noble Rose [Evil Rose] and vanishes.
[edit] Makoto Aihara
Makoto is not a wrestler, she is a Japanese black belt, and gold medalist, in Judo, but she has entered the tournament to face Aigle, who is the only person to have defeated her. Polite and well-mannered throughout the tournament, she gets her wish and defeats Aigle once, only to find her as Killer Khan who is being controlled by Anesthesia, but she defeats her friendly rival and breaks the mind control. Makoto may be based on the real-life judoka Ryoko Tani.

Aigle, an sumo fighter from a Mongolian tribe, wishes to be thought of as a true warrior by her 'Great Father' and has, for some reason, chosen wrestling. She is happily reunited with her friend and rival Makoto, but Makoto is also controlled by Anesthesia into becoming her dark, hate-filled alter ego Black Belt Demon. Aigle, as her friend does with her, defeats and frees Makoto. Aigle manages to defeat Lady X but only barely and is helped off by Makoto at her story's end.

Lady X is an artificial being made from the genetic codes of famous Japanese female wrestler Kamikaze Rose, mother of Reiko and Fujiko (Evil Rose) Hinomoto, technically she is a cyborg as sufficient portions of her are mechanical. Lady X was created by Anesthesia to alter the military balance on a global scale and plunge the world into fear and suffering and Anesthesia is seeking donors for her with every Rumble Roses tournament [Dixie Clements and Candy Cane in particular], Lady X is however, a total failure, defeated by all 10 of the contestants, she is then re-programmed by Bloody Shadow to attack her creator, who destroys her. Lady X has no story mode, so who exactly defeats her is open to question. Most likely, she only fought Reiko, Bloody Shadow, and/or Anasthesia.

Reiko, Had Nowhere to her mother is dead and her sister was nowhere to be found she found sanctuary when she met group called the Road Warriors they are also nobodies that's why she decided to join The Road Warriors made Reiko there Leader she is called Queen Cobra, at her ending Noble rose Appeared as Reiko was about to leave saying Reiko must go back to Japan in turn Reiko refuse in the matter of Why do I care ,Who Are You Supposed to Be My Sister leaving Noble Rose Watch her sister go.

Dixie, was became champion. She changed her attitude after doing some fouls, that lead the fans booing at her, she became a cop she thinks that whatever she does she's still the good guy. She battles Aisha saying that Dixie was crazy in turn of events. The ending is well she left the ring leaving Aisha on her knees seeing Sgt. Clemets leave the ring.
Note: She Doesn't even understand what a cop is.

Miss Spencer convinced Candy Cane(Rebecca Welsh) To go back to school to add t her extra curricular she joined the cheerleading squad she is now busy in both studying and wrestling, her ending is she is first teased by Aisha on which you kick her butt in wrestling, then Miss Spencer will come, Becky is overjoyed of seeing her teacher then Miss Spencer will say you had a lot of work to do and she also is planning to turn Rebecca into School Rebresentative this made Becky mad and is planning to switch back to Candy Cane.

Miss Spencer Became this after realizing that some students cannot be convinced in frim talking that's why she decided that in order for student 's to listen to her she will use her whip, her ending is she defeated Lady X then Becky comes in, telling her teacher about what the hell is she wearing i't s not approriate for a teacher, and then Mistress Spencer will add that she loves her new look and she hate Teacher's Pets and she may crack the whip at Becky then Becky runs screaming you're not my teacher then close up to Mistress Spencer .
[edit] Dr. Cutter/Dr. Anesthesia
The real form of Anesthesia she is now on the hunt for her collection , her ending includes beating Evil Rose then Reiko comes in Dr. Cutter catched the neck then choke slam Reiko then place feet on Reiko stommach then laugh.
Note: Dr. Cutter is Anesthesia when she is operating.

She Thinks she is newly Formed that she is now the thorn of justice , she is now hunting down Dr. Cutter, Her Ending includes beating up Lady X then Dr. Cutter escapes ans she made a speech about justice.

Her Album went to adown fall meaning she lost her job but she' still wanna dance that's why she danced on the ring for feel of the crowd. At her ending you beat up Sgt. Clemets then she danced her way to Victory.

She is also on the hunt for Dr. Cutter she left the ninja organization saying that Dr. Cutter is on her Judgement.Her Ending is Beating up Lady X then but Dr. Cutter has escaped then shurikens came flying Judgement uses Lady X 's Body as a shield then she dissapears.

She became sick of being a gold medalist she thinks she must be alil' naughty , her ending is beating up Reiko after a Reiko saying that Makoto went crazy,then BBD goes looking for someone stronger than her and leaves Reiko as a witness

Aigle was having a hard tme being a noble warrior which is why she is now planning to conquer the world, she is indeed named herself as Killer Khan, the most strongest person ever. She battle Makoto at the end a very comedic argument they first talk then as Makoto implies that she is Aigle ,she replied Stupid, Makoto Aigle Already said she not Aigle that made her blew her cover that made her say that Makoto is an ugly goat that created there battle, her ending is she rides off witt a horse to conquer the world saying Makoto is Ugly Goat, leaving Makoto a witness to Aigle's Stupidity

Lady X Substance has more machinery than the regular Lady X. Her eyes also glow red. She has no story made and she takes other peoples entrances.
