DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. (AMCNS) -- Airman 1st Class Jonathan Trammell, 436th Equipment Maintenance Squadron, welds the finishing touches on the newly designed truck to hold six transfer cases for the delicate handling to the Charles C. Carson Center for Mortuary Affairs here Jan. 12.
