Eigentliche Nattern oder Land- und Baumnattern (Colubrinae) ist eine Unterfamilie der Nattern. Sie umfasst viele Gattungen deren Anzahl noch nicht einheitlich festgelegt wurde und ist die größte Unterfamilie der Nattern. Unter die Colubrinae fallen auch berühmte Schlangengattungen wie die Zornnattern, die Afrikanische Eierschlangen oder die Königsnattern.
