Carnegie Medal in Literature (Carnegieho medaile za literaturu) je britské ocenění za knihu pro děti a mládež, založené roku 1936 na počest skotského filantropa Andrewa Carnegieho.

Cena je vyhlašována vždy v červenci za předcházející rok. Vítěz dostává zlatou medaili a knihy v hodnotě £500, které posléze daruje nějaké škole nebo veřejné knihovně.
