Crestview High School (Ashland, Ohio)

Crestview High School is a high school in Ashland, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Crestview Local School District. Though Crestview High School has never had more than four hundred students, Crestview Local School District is geographically the largest school district in the state of Ohio.
Crestview Local School District was created as the result of a merging of Union School (Epworth, OH) and Savannah School (Savannah, OH). There is no local town of Crestview and the school serves a largely rural population of students from both Ashland and Richland Counties.
Crestview's school mascot is the Cougar. Their official colors are red and white, though black is commonly worn on uniforms. Red and Black had been the official colors of Union High School, while Green and White had been the official colors of Savannah.
Students at Crestview High School can participate in a wide variety of activities including sports such as Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Football, Soccer, Wrestling, Track and Cross Country and school clubs such as Newspaper, French Club, Spanish Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Ski Club, Academic Challenge, Odyssey of the Mind and more.
The current principle of Crestview High School is Debbie Reidy. The superintendent is Steven Willeke.
