I used to not be as active as I used to used to be, not that I used to every be able to say that I was ever really really active, but I did used to be able to say that I used to be "just really active", but now, I'd say I'm most definitely an active Wikipedian.

[edit] About Me
My name is Wa|ker. Anaraug is guarana spelled backwards. I like caffeine.
I like music, alot. I play several instruments. The Wikipedia article on the instrument I am possibly most proficient at, the euphonium, states that most euphoniumists can trace their "teacher ancestry" back to a relatively few famous players. At one point I took euphonium lessons from Robert Nunez, who at one point took tuba lessons from Arnold Jacobs. Later I took euphonium from Masahito Kuroda, who, IIRC, was a student of Earle Louder. Along with euphonium, my most often played instruments are guitar and trumpet.
I may be somewhat of an otaku; my favorite ongoing anime/manga is BLEACH. As a result, i've picked up tiny amounts of Japanese, but not in any serious way. On the other hand I've taken classes in Spanish, but I'm very rusty and wouldn't trust myself to use that skill in editing the Wikipedia.
I sometimes identify myself as a Gnostic Christian Discordian, but in most cases I feel that the term "Thomas Christian" would be more accurate than Gnostic. Also, as far as moral worldviews go, I follow the way of the Three Golden Triangles in addition to Christianity. Some of my favorite spiritual books are Matthew, Mark, Luke, Thomas, Ecclesiastes, Psalms, The Principia Discordia, Enoch, and 101 Zen Koans.
[edit] The Game
On April 12, 2006, Jimbo Wales came to give a speech at Emerson Hall at the University of Florida, which is where I go to college. At the end, after the applause, I yelled "I JUST LOST THE GAME".
So if you were wondering who that was, it was me.
[edit] Wikipedia Related
I have been editing Wikipedia since September 6, 2004, but I haven't been terribly active on the whole, although I go through stages of complete obsession. The only article I've created so far is the article, Extol. As of September 19, 2006, my score on the automated wikipediholic test is 618.2059239082532. I usually consider myself to be an inclusionist, however, some articles are pure trash and should be deleted.
I'm pretty much a WikiGnome.
[edit] Milestones
I already have enough edits to be on this page, but I am of the opinion that 2,500 is not very high. They should change it to 5,000. (I don't care enough to change it myself. I won't add myself until I have 5k though.)
